Photographer Stanislas Belle took fantastic photos of the Saint-Louis family during their stay in the Lebel home in Cacouna. Nothing was lacking for relaxation: If the reader wanted to close her eyes or do some needlework (knitting, embroidery, etc.), she could put down her book on that beautiful table, brought outside for the occasion. In the background, we can see a large hammock and a white tent.

This house was also rented by Joseph Hickson, a Grand Trunk Railway executive.
